Deal $ayWhat!? is a product of Wurlgo Media, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We are building a reseller marketplace and are currently in a pre-launch phase.

2. What Data We Collect

When you sign up on our coming soon page, we collect:

Your email address
Your consent to receive communications from us
The date and time of your signup (recorded automatically)

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely to:

Notify you when Deal $ayWhat!? officially launches
Send you early access information or exclusive pre-launch updates

We will not use your data for any other purpose without obtaining your explicit consent first.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our email list and send communications. Your email address is stored on Brevo's servers. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and processes data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

We also use Google reCAPTCHA on our signup form to prevent spam. Google may collect data as part of this service. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by visiting our unsubscribe page
Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request deletion of your personal data
Withdraw consent at any time

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our list, or until you request deletion. After unsubscribing, your data is removed from our active list within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your data. Our website is served over HTTPS and your data is stored with Brevo, which applies industry-standard security measures.

8. Cookies

Our coming soon page does not use tracking cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies as part of its fraud-prevention service.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this statement as our product evolves. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review it periodically.
